Production days
Film, television and streaming productions typically start at EUR 4,000 per production day. Preparation, wrap-out, hold days, cleaning, and areas used are confirmed based on project needs.

Location agreement
Available areas, timing, fee, payment terms, and rights are documented in writing.
Cleaning & handover
Cleaning, trash removal, protective measures, and condition at handover are confirmed in advance.
Insurance & liability
Production liability insurance, damage, handover protocol, and responsibilities are clarified before the shoot.
Selected events
In addition to film, television and streaming productions, the house is also available on a limited basis for selected events with approximately 50 to 120 guests.
