Movie and TV productions are agreed upon individually. Timing, location scope, crew size, technical requirements, and protection of the house are central.
Production days
Movie and TV productions typically start at EUR 4,000 per production day. Preparation, wrap, hold days, cleaning, and areas used are agreed upon in accordance with project needs.

Location agreement
Available areas, timing, fee, payment terms, and rights are documented in writing.
Cleaning & handover
Cleaning, waste removal, protective measures, and return condition are agreed upon in advance.
Insurance & liability
Production liability insurance, damage, handover protocol, and responsibilities are clarified before the shoot.
Selected events
In addition to movie and TV productions, the house is also available on a limited basis for selected events with approximately 50 to 120 guests.
